i'm slowly starting to see the ups and downs of photography.
not that i'm a very jaded individual, but i always just expect the best out of things and my career path is no exception.
however, this industry will chew me up and spit me out if i'm not careful.
so many photographers are taken advantage of and not given the proper amount of credit, or for that matter, any credit at all.
if you're one of those people who constantly say "OMMMMgggGGGggg photography is like soooo easy, anybody can do it like woah", i'd like to see you pick up a camera and do what we do and make it look half as good.
so please, if you happen to have uttered those words in your lifetime, take a step back and realize we work very hard at what we do, and deserve acknowledgement for it.
basically what i'm trying to say is, CREDIT YOUR PHOTOGS!
on a lighter note, i did some of my very first head shots not too long ago.
it was a challenge since i'm used to directing someone, whereas with head shots, it's pretty much just 'the person as is'.
a little boring, i won't lie. i do enjoy more the creativity & imagination that comes with photography, and with head shots there isn't a lot of room to dabble with that.
anyways, here's two photos from the shoot.

the model, kyla lebon, is a friend of a friend.
super sweet girl & obviously so beautiful. unfair.
