bloody school.

oh boy oh boy oh boy.

things are getting pretty hectic already and it's only week two of school!

i finally had a sit down discussion with my teacher about my portfolio's and i got the green light for one of them!

last semester in my 'concepts of commercial photography' class, i created an image of my friend lying in the bathtub, knife in hand, covered in blood (fake blood of course).

it got such an amazing reaction from my peers as well as my teacher, who then went on to tell me i should probably consider a concept such as this for one of my final portfolios.

since then, the idea of fashion/blood stuck in my mind.

for some strange reason i'm fascinated with blood in photos. call me twisted, but i love it!

so, i confronted my teacher with the idea and he was all for it!

i'm super excited to start shooting!

alas, in light of all this, here is the image that sparked it all (and will most probably be making it's way into my bloody portfolio!)
