you know it really grinds my gears when people think i do absolutely nothing because i'm studying photography. it's not easy to come up with a different concept for each shoot, prepare for it, set it up, shoot it, edit it, print it...
photographers actually do ALOT of effin work. so RESPEC. (and i totally intended to exclude the T, just to show how serious i am).
anyways, the reason i'm saying this is because i've been extremely pressured to come up with new innovative ideas for my portfolio and with so many restrictions in my way and time constraints it hasn't been easy.
this shoot i did with katerina & mathieu had to be re-thought because it was meant to be shot outside. but lucky for us, (or should i say unlucky for us) it snowed that day so my brain had to go into overdrive and re-work it all.
alas, this is what the turn out was.
do i like it? yes. do i love it? no.
my only serious problem with it is the lighting. it's holding me back from actually fully enjoying this photo. ah well, it was super fun to shoot none the less.
i have so much love & respect for my dear friends who have helped me out with this series of blood photos. you're all amazing.
